Jason has more than 25 years’ experience in managing workers compensation within the various state, territory and national frameworks that currently exist.

Jason has 21 years’ experience across a broad range of roles in financial accounting, risk management,health & safety and workers’ compensation industries and more.


Stephen Bell

Data Analyst and Commercial Manager

Stephen has spent over a decade providing financial information for large employers in retail trade, logistics, manufacturing and the energy sector.


Graeme Munro

Victorian Manager & Technical Specialist

Graeme has extensive experience in both self-insurance and as an agent for the scheme developing strong working relationships with senior executives in the VWA.


John Trungove

Comcare Technical Specialist & Trainer

John has 40 years experience working in the Comcare scheme. He commenced his career in claims management in 1977, before working with Comcare from 1983 to 1998.


Joanne Cowen

NSW Senior Case Manager Team Leader

Joanne commenced with the HIMS Group as a senior claims manager supporting the management team with the provision of services for all NSW clients.


Dusanka Bekut-Smoult

Senior Case Manager

Dusanka has over 20 years’ experience managing claims for large multistate Self Insurers based in Victoria such as Wesfarmers, Qantas & Goodman Fielder.


Laura Manga

Senior Case Manager

Laura's career began as a Case Manager with QBE, which involved managing national clients with both small and large corporations. Laura built relationships with brokers and their portfolios, as well as clients on a direct basis.


Allison Jedryhowski

Senior Case Manager

Allison commenced her career in the insurance industry in 2005 with over a decade as a Workers Compensation Senior Case Manager. In this capacity Allison managed large portfolio’s with a range of complexities and varying severity and nature.


Matthew Panetta

Asst. Business Analyst

Matthew is final year Accounting and Applied Finance student from the Australian Catholic University, he is engaged on a work experience program to compliment his studies.
